Tender Greens Filling More Bowls

After so much success with the Culver City location—we walked by one night and the line was just about out the door, every table filled and it was early—Matt Lyman, Erik Oberholtzer and David Dressler are taking Tender Greens on the road. There will be at least three new locations in 2008: The first opens in San Diego’s Liberty Station in March; a location will open on Santa Monica Boulevard in WeHo next fall; and there are plans for a downtown spot but according to PR, “nothing is set in stone at this point.”
